The current owners acquired the Manoir Saint-Sauveur in 1992 and undertook many renovations In 2001, the Manoir Saint-Sauver added 88 superior rooms and suites as well as making the ball room large enough to now accommodate 550 people. The same year, the hotel opened the Manoir Saint-Sauveur Spa.
